摘要
利用相似理论分析了爆炸成型弹丸侵彻钢靶过程的相似参数,建立了爆炸成型弹丸侵彻钢靶的相似律关系。在此基础上以球缺型爆炸成型弹丸为计算模型,应用显式有限元程序LS-DYNA对满足模拟比的爆炸成型弹丸侵彻钢靶的过程进行了数值模拟。数值模拟结果表明,模拟弹与原型弹的成型符合相似律,其对钢靶的侵彻深度也满足模拟比。因此,侵彻相似律在爆炸成型弹丸侵彻研究中是成立的。
Using the analogue theory, the analogue parameters of Explosively Formed Projectile (EFP) penetrating steel target are analyzed, and the analogue relations of EFP penetrating steel target are established. With hemispherical EFP simulation model, the penetration process of EFP that satisfies the simulation ratio are calculated using explicit finite element program LS-DYNA in this paper. The numerical results indicate that, the shaping of the prototype and the simulation EFP accord with the analogue rule, and the depth of penetration on steel target also satisfy simulation ratio. So, the penetration analogue rule is verified in EFP research.
