摘要 以提高发火元件与点火器之间的换热效果为基础,将点火器由自由放置改为粘结固定,解决了某小型固体火箭发动机整体可燃式点火器研制过程中出现的低温点火失效问题;经模拟点火试验验证,将点火药集中于点火器中央,同时采用提高发火元件输出能量等措施,可解决另一类似发动机的低温点火失效问题。 Based on the improvement of heat transfer efficiency between the firing unit and igniter, the low temperature ignition failure occurred in the development of a small solid rocket motor was solved by means of changing the installation manner from free to adhesion; Through moving the ignition powder towards to the center of the igniter case and enhancing the ignition ability of the firing unit, an ignition failure occurred in a similar motor at low temperature would be also solved established on the successful simulation ignition test.
