摘要
针对焊接药剂的特点,并结合焊条的具体结构,采用专用火焰点火器点燃焊条的设计方案,并对点火器进行了详细设计。针对点火能量需求,确定了以硅粉、硝酸钡和硫磺为主要组分的高能点火药配方,同时围绕点火器安全性、可靠性、贮存性能等方面进行了多项性能试验,最终证实该点火器能够满足焊接设备的正常使用需求。
Considering the characteristic of thermite and the concrete structure of the welding rod, the design scheme of special-purpose flame igniter is adopted, and the igniter is designed in detail. Pointed to the energy demand of ignition, Si, Ba(NO3)2 and S are selected as the major ingredients of the high-energy ignition powder. In order to check the comprehensive performance of igniter, the tests are carried out mainly to check the safety, reliability and long storage ability. The results of performance tests prove that the product can ignite the welding rod reliable and fits for the need of usage under the normal condition.
