摘要 研究一种用于检测火工品管壳内径尺寸的方法。采用光学反射原理,根据光学系统在被测管壳内孔中形成的直接像和反射像的位置关系,通过CCD像机的扫描输出信号,用计算机实现内径尺寸的检测。详细介绍了该方法的检测原理和实施途径。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效地实现在被测长度范围内,对管壳内径尺寸的检测要求,精度可达5μm。 A kind of detecting method for the inside diameter of the shell of pipe of initiating explosive device is introduced. Utilizing the principle of reflection, according to the relations between the direct image and the reflected image, which are formed by optical system in the inside hole of the shell of pipe, the computer system realized the detection of the inside diameter by the scan out of CCD camera. This paper introduces in detail the principles and the specific implemental way of the method. The experiments demonstrated that this method can meet with detecting the inside diameter of the shell of pipe in the range of detecting length. It also has shown that the accuracy reached 5μm.
