对商务英语教学中文化因素的认识——基于跨文化商务交际案例的分析

Talking about Culture Factor in English Teaching——Analyzing the Cases of International Communication

经济全球化使国际商务交流活动处在一个多元和异质的文化环境中,不同民族的文化因素造成语言文化的差异,从而导致国际商务交往中的一些文化交际失误。笔者通过一些跨文化商务交际案例,系统地分析了文化因素在商务英语词汇、话语结构、语言行为三个层面上表现出的文化障碍和文化冲突现象,并探索了其内在的原因,进而提出了强化商务英语教学中文化意识的要求以及相关的教学建议。

Worldwide economic makes international business intercommunication a multivariate and heterogeneous environment. With different nationality culture making different culture, intercommunication misunderstanding has been caused. Author analyzes culture handicap and culture conflict of culture factor in English vocabulary, structure, language behavior with the cases of international business intercommunication, explore inter factor, and propose the demand and teaching advice in reinforcing the culture consciousness business English teaching.
