银川地区变态反应性皮肤病患病率抽样调查

A sampling lnquiry on the morbidity rate of the skin allergy in yinchuan district

采用分层整群随机抽取银川地区２７２６人，其中男性１３６０人，女性１３６６人；以回顾性病史询问的方法，检出变态反应性皮肤病４５１人，总患病率为１６５．４４‰，以药物过敏居首位（７９．２４‰），其次为荨麻诊和接触性皮炎分别为３９．６２‰与３５．３８‰。调查说明，变态反应性皮肤病是现代社会的常见病、多发病。药物过敏患病率之高，致敏药物种类之多。

We have selected randomly and in the way of layer group sampling 2726 people in Yinchuan district amony them 1360 male and 1366 female,They were inquired about their sex case history and it indicated that 451 people from them have suffered with the skin allergy and its total morbidity rate is 165.44‰.The primaty disease is the drug allergy which possess 79.24‰ and second and third ones are the urticaria and the contact dermatitis which possess 39.62‰ and 35.58‰ respectively.This inquiry proved that the skin allergy is a common disease and it is with a high incidence in the modern society.We should pay more attention to the fact that the many sort of the drug,causing allergy is the grounds of the high morbidity rate of the drug allergy.
