在对中国动画产业发展滞后原因分析的基础上,对创办动画专业进行了探讨。讨论认为,发展动画产业教育,要以动画基础培训为主,培养动画艺术和计算机应用技术一体化的高级应用型人才,以创作出一批又一批中国特色的动画作品是中华民族文化的需要。讨论进一步认为,高职高专的动画专业应以培养高级应用型专业人才为主,高职高专动画专业的创办和建设可以将动画专业的课程体系分为“5+1”模块,动画短片制作是培养学生全面学习动画和掌握动画技术的最好方法之一。

By analyzing the lagging reasons of China＇s carton industry, the establishment of cartoon major was discussed, pointing out that education for cartoon industry should be based on basic cartoon training to cultivate talents with knowledge in cartoon art and computer technology in order to create some remarkable cartoon works with Chinese characteristics. Furthermore, it was concluded that the major for the technological and vocational education should be oriented to cultivate high - level practical talents, and the course system for the major establishment could be planned as the ＂5 ＋ 1＂ model while short cartoon making should be the best way to cultivate the students＇ all - round abilities in cartoon technology.
