摘要
本文对不同浓度的有毒污染物C r6+、Hg2+、Cd2+、F-诱发大蒜根尖微核效应的研究.试验结果表明微核率随污染物浓度增加而升高.F-、C r6+、Hg2+均对大蒜根尖微核效应呈阳性反应、有诱发作用.
The research is done about the virulent pollutants of Cr^6+、Hg^2+、Cd^2+、F^- with different density inducing garlic root point micronucleus effect,The findings of the experiment indicate that the micrenucleus rate rises as the pollutant density increases, and that F^-、Cr^6+、Hg^2+ have inducing function and assume positive reaction to garlic root point micronucleus effect.
