摘要
本文介绍了作者研制的无缝棱镜导光管照明系统中,导光管外表面附加的反射膜对导光管光线传输特性和光线分布特性的影响。通过具体的实验对采用和不采用反射膜、采用不同反射率的反射膜时的无缝棱镜导光管的光学特性进行了比较。实验研究表明,外表面反射膜能够有效地提高无缝棱镜导光管的光线传输效率和光线出射效率,且反射膜的反射率越高,导光管的光线传输效率就越高,光分布特性也越好。
The influence of surface reflective film on light-transporting efficiency and light distribution of seamless prism light guides developed by the author is discussed in this paper. The light-transporting efficiency and light distribution of the guide with and without reflective film that has different reflectivity is compared by experiments. Results of experiments show that reflective film can enhance the light-transporting efficiency and light-emitting efficiency of seamless prism light guide. It is also found that higher reflectivity of the film will get higher light-transporting efficiency and light-emitting efficiency.
