调肝导浊方药治疗高脂血症和脂肪肝的实验研究

Experimental Study of Tiaogandaozhuo Decoction on Perlipima and Fatty Liver Model Rabbits

目的:探讨调肝导浊方药在高脂血症和脂肪肝治疗中的作用机制。方法:采用高脂饲料造成家兔的高脂血症并伴有脂肪肝的动物模型,以调肝导浊方药为治疗组,东宝苷泰作阳性对照组,观察调肝导浊方药对家兔高脂血症和脂肪肝模型的影响。结果:模型组家兔血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)升高,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)降低并形成了脂肪肝。调肝导浊方药能显著改善上述病理变化,降低TC、TG,升高HDL-C并使肝脏中的TC、TG的量下降。结论:调肝导浊方能降低血清中和肝脏中的TC、TG,促进了粪便中脂质的排泄。

Objective： To observe the pharmacological effect of Tiaogandaozhuo Decoction on hyperlipima and fatty liver and liver and its influence on the pathology and blood lipid. Methods： The rabbits model of hyperlipima and fatty liver was made by hyperliposis animal feed and rabbits were divided into four groups： the control group, the model group, the treatment groups of Tiaogandaozhuo Decoction and Dongbaogantai. Result： Serum total cholesterol （TC） and triglyeerides （TG） increased and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL - C） decreased in the model group, and also had a increase of liver weight and a severity fatty degeneration. Conclusion： Tiaogandaozhuo Decoction can improve the pathological changes effectively, decrease TC and TG in the liver and in blood serum and increase TC, TG in the feces.
