出口压力波动特性在离心泵汽蚀监测中的应用 被引量:9

摘要 在一闭式实验台上对一采用加大流量法设计的低比转速离心泵进行了汽蚀特性和出口压力波动特性实验研究.采用压力的均方差来描述泵出口压力波动特性,分析实验数据中泵装置汽蚀余量和泵出口压力波动之间的关系,并与应用传统方法得到的汽蚀特性进行比较分析.结果表明,泵的出口压力波动特性与汽蚀存在与否有明显的对应关系,与传统的汽蚀实验方法相比,应用该方法得到的汽蚀特性更能反映泵自身的设计特点,可以应用这一结论对离心泵的汽蚀初生以及汽蚀发展程度进行监测. A low specific speed pump, which was designed by the methods of enlarging flow rate, was tested for its cavitation feature and the outlet pressure fluctuating characters on a closed test rig. The outlet pressure fluctuating characters were determined by the root mean error. The relationship between the net positive suction head and the pressure pulsation of the pump outlet was set up by the experimental data and then compared with the traditional methods. The results showed that the two parts have close correlation, and the pressure pulsation can be use to monitor the incipience and the development of the cavitation.
