This article described the basic meaning of after-contractual obligations as a major part of the attached obligations of the contract and made the form of obligation disobeyed the after-contractual obligations as the responsibility for the breach of after-contract. This article demonstrated the concrete form of the breach of after-contract. Through analyzing some theories about the breach of fault obligation at present, it finally explained that the root of after-contract obligation is the principle of honesty and credit that is the protection of trust interest to the performance.
