摘要
薪酬的内部公平性和外部公平性问题在薪酬管理中受到普遍的关注,但二者往往很难兼顾。通过研究市场薪酬水平的曲线走势,建立关键职位市场薪酬政策线的数学模型,并根据数学模型,结合岗位评价结果推测非关键职位工资额,探讨满足内部公平性和外部公平性的要求。
The internal and external pay equity issues have aroused a universal concern in the pay management, but it is often very hard to give attention to two. Through researching the trends of the level of pay in the market, this article sets up a mathematical model of the pay policy of the key positions in the market, speculates the pay of non-key positions combining with the job evaluation results and explores the needs that meet both internal equity and external equity.
