摘要
热处理过程是外部环境与金属温度场、组织场和应力场等相互作用的复杂过程,数值模拟作为传统实验研究之外的另一个重要研究手段,在热处理过程的研究中正被广泛应用,本文简要介绍热处理过程计算机模拟的研究成果和目前存在的一些问题并展望了未来发展的趋势。
The heat treatment process is a complex interactive process of external condition and metals temperature field, structure field ahd stress field. As a important research method besides traditional one by experiment, numerical simulation has been applied to heat treatment researching widely. This paper introduces the research results, the problems existed at present and looks forward to the development trends on numerical simulation of the heat treatment.
