可控气氛转炉的设计和应用

摘要 针对传统可倾式渗碳转筒炉无法精确控制碳势的缺点,设计制作了可控气氛转炉并进行了试生产。实验证明,可控气氛转炉运行稳定可靠,热处理渗碳层浓度梯度合理,残余奥氏体减少,晶粒细化,有效提高了零件的力学性能。 Considerate that normal rotary hearth furnace cant control the carbon potential precisely, we designed rotary hearth furnace with controlled atmosphere and then managed to use it in manufacturing. The experiment has proved that controlled atmosphere rotary hearth furnace run stably and reliably, the concetration of carbon distributed suitably, the remnant austenite reduced, the grain size performed well. All these greatly improve the performance of the production.
