鼻息肉组织唾液酸和丙二醛含量的变化

摘要 测定27例鼻息肉脂质结合唾液酸和丙二醛含量分别为6.4662±1.2156μmol·g^(-1)Pr和0.6342±0.0274μmol·g^(-1)Pr.与正常鼻粘膜对照具有显著性意义.提示:自由基生成及其导致的脂质过氧化作用,膜结构和功能改变,可能在鼻息肉形成与发展中具有重要地位. The content of lipid-bound sialic acid (LSA) and Malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined in nasal polys of twenty-seven cases. The results showed that the level of LSA in nasal polyps was much lower than that in the normal nasal mucosa (P<0.05), on the other hand, the level of MDA were much higher than that in normal nasal mucosa (P<0. 01). It was suggested that in the process of nasal polyps forming and developing free radical may be an important pathologic facter.
