摘要
探讨了如何通过技术改造解决吐哈油田分公司甲醇厂甲醇装置在天然气蒸汽转化过程中出现的转化炉双辐射室进料偏流、炉出口温度高等问题。通过优化控制炉温、调节水碳比、监控过剩空气系数,达到提高甲醇收率、降低能耗的目的。
Deflection of feed gas streams, high exit temperature and low conversion occurred in the natural gas steam conversion process at the methanol plant of PetroChina Tuha Oilfield Company. By studying the process pipeline system, the design of conversion furnace and the operation conditions, some counter measures were proposed and adopted,such as prolonging the mixing pipe to enhance the mixing of gas and steam,adding valves for controlling flow rates to eliminate deflection of feed gas streams and optimizing various operation conditions. Since then the yield of methanol increased and the energy consumption reduced.
