In order to overcome the shortcomings in the traditional way of the subway construction management, a remote Supervisory Control System has been developed to raise the level of RTS construction management, control the investment, guarantee the quality and safety of RTS project and shorten the construction time. An example is given to prove abovementioned results. It can serve as reference for other major projects in Shanghai.
