摘要
基于工程实践,文章介绍了首次在济南市深基坑工程中应用的全封闭止水技术、旋喷桩插管超前桩支护技术和刚架式双排微型桩支护结构,供相似工程设计施工参考。说明市场竞争和场地环境限制是深基坑技术进步的动力,技术创新具有明显的经济和社会价值。强调技术人员要提高概念设计能力,通过个体工程技术创新,带动城市深基坑技术水平。
In this paper, three new technology-the closed cutting off water technology, rotary spray pile with inserting a steel tube as early supporting and framing supporting structure with hi-rows of mini-steel tube piles, were introduced and analyzed, which have been first used in the practice of deep foundation pit engineering in Japan, these cases can serve as referenc to similar engineering. It is illustrated that the market competetion and construction environment were the impetus for progress of deep foundation pit technology, and the technology innovations could bring economic and social benefits. It is emphasized that engineers should enhance their concept design ability, and improve technology level of deep foundation pit engineering, through innovations in individual project.
