论肾虚血瘀与绝经后骨质疏松症的关系

Discussion on the Relationship between Renal Deficiency Blood Stasis and Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

绝经后骨质疏松症中医多注重从肾虚角度论治。文章探讨了肾虚血瘀与绝经后骨质疏松症的关系,着重阐述了血瘀症型与绝经后骨质疏松症发病过程的关系。通过文献查阅与分析,认为肾虚血瘀与绝经后骨质疏松症有内在联系,但需要进一步通过动物与临床试验证实。

It was emphasized that the postmenopausal osteoporosis （PMOP） treated the aspects of renal deficiency. The paper investigated the relationship between renal deficiency, blood stasis, and PMOP mainly expounded the relationship between types of blood stasis and the process filled PMOP. Through literature search and analysis, the authors considered it had an internal connection between the renal deficiency, blood stasis, and POMP, but it needed to be confirmed by clinical experience and animals＇experience.
