薄层扫描法测定莲芝消炎胶囊中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量

Determination of Dehydroandrographolide in LianZhi Xiaoyan Capsule by TLC-Scanning

目的：对莲芝消炎胶囊进行含量测定。方法：采用薄层扫描法对莲芝消炎胶囊的脱水穿心莲内酯进行含量测定。结果：该方法的线性范围为：1．042～5．210μg，平均回收率为97．4％，RSD=1．6％（n=5）。结论：该方法可行，重复性好，样品处理简单，便于检测。

Objective： To determine the content of Dehydroandrographolide in the LianZhi Xiaoyan Capsule. Methods： Dehydroandrographolide was determined by TLC - scanning. Results： The linear relationship was in the range of 1. 042 - 5. 210 μg. The average recovery was 97.4% （ RSD = 1.6% and n = 5 ）. Conclusion ： The method is available with a good reproducibility and the pretreatment is simple and easy to operate.
