摘要
热脱附技术具有操作方便,富集效率高,不使用有毒有机溶剂等特点,是现代样品前处理的一项重要技术。介绍了热脱附技术的原理及装置的发展,对热脱附技术在环境监测和烟草领域的应用作了简要综述,并分析了其应用前景。
Thermal desorption has become an important technique for sample preparation owning its efficiency, convenient and solvent - free merits. A large amount of studies in various fields have been done by Thermal Desorption. In this article, the choice of sorbent and the development of thermal desorptor , and also the application of thermal desorptor in environmental detection and tobacco industry are introduced ; meanwhile the application foreground of thermal desorptor is also analysed.
