纳豆菌DU115菌株发酵豆乳产酶条件的优化 被引量:3

摘要 采用JMP软件(version 4.0.5,SAS Institute Inc.)筛选出影响DU115发酵豆乳产酶的关键因子。通过旋转中心组合设计得出产酶量最优多元线性回归方程(α=0.05)为:^Y=787.96+48.48x2-8.96x3-55.83x2x3-81.56x12-90.19x22-129.24x32,方程中x1=(装液量-25)/10,x2=(发酵时间-72)/24,x3=(温度-28.5)/3.5。当发酵时间为79h,温度为28℃,装液量为23 mL,酶活可达800.50 IU/mL。 Factors affecting nattokinase activity of DU115 were obtained by JMP(version 4.0.5 ,SAS Institute Inc. ) Screening. Optimum regression model about fermentation environment was : y = 787.96 + 48.48x2 - 8.96x3 - 55.83x2x3 - 81.56xa2 - 90.19x22 - 129.24x32, xa = (volume - 25)/10, x2 = (time - 72)/24, x3 = (tempreture-28.5)/3.5. When time was 79h, temp was 28℃and volume was 23ml, enzyme activity attained was 800.50IU/rnl.
