摘要
研究了HNO3-H2O2消化体系在高压釜中消解样品,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定食品中硼的方法,对该方法的样品处理、干扰因素、测试条件和方法学指标进行了重点研究和检定,并测定了食品中硼含量。其线性范围0~5μg/mL,回收率97.3%~100.0%,精密度(RSD)〈3%,样品最低检出浓度0.25mg/kg,灵敏度、精密度和准确度均符合要求,方法简便、快速。
A method was studied for the determination of boron in food samples by inductively coupled plasmaatomic emission spectrometry( ICP-AES). HNO3 with H202 were tested to distxxse the samples. The sample handling method, interfering factors, detective conditions and methodological data were emphatically studied and detected. The content of boron in agricultural primary products, fermentation food and processed foods were tested. Its linearity range was 0--5/ag/mL, the recovery was between 97.3% -100.0%, RSD〈3%, and the lowest detection concentration for sample was about 0.25 mg/kg. Its sensitivity accuracy was satisfied with the requirement. The method is simple, rapid, and convenient.
