摘要
该文建立了三相正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)逆变电源的非线性MATLAB仿真模型,并介绍了模型中各个模块的特性和功能。此模型主电路中的整流电路采用电容滤波的三相桥式不可控整流电路,逆变电路采用三相电压型逆变电路。逆变电路采用数字式比例积分(PI)调节控制来实现闭环控制,控制方式为电压型单环控制。通过仿真,研究分析了PI调节参数的变化对于三相逆变电源特性的影响,并确定了PI参数以及系统的其他参数,从而得到了一个较理想的三相逆变电源的模型。通过对模型在负载突变情况下的仿真,验证了该模型的正确性。
Nonlinear MATLAB simulation model of three - phase sine - PWM inverter is built. The characteristics and the performance of the parts in this model are introduced. The Rectifier in the main circuit is the three phase bridge uncontrolled rectifier which is attached with capacitance filter. The Inverter is the three phase voltage - controlled inverter. Digital PI control mode which takes the structure of voltage single loop style is used to achieve close loop control. The influence of the variation of the PI regulation parameter on the three - phase inverter is analysed. A better module of three phase inverter is gained by using appropriate PI parameter and other parameters. The simulation of the module under abruptly varied load proves that the model is correct.
