摘要
冷凝器是制冷空调系统的主要部件,建立冷凝器性能仿真模型,不仅是冷凝器自身优化设计的需要,也是开发制冷空调仿真系统的一项重要工作。该文基于过程物理机理,建立了制冷空调系统冷凝器分布参数动态数学模型,并结合冷凝器的工作特点确定了具体的仿真算法。利用所建立的仿真模型,可以预测不同运行工况下冷凝器热力参数的瞬态分布状况,对冷凝器的动/静态特性进行较为全面的仿真分析,同时还可以十分方便地确定出制冷剂单/双相区域分界点的瞬态位置。文中通过一个仿真算例说明了所建立的仿真模型可用性。
Condenser is an important part of refrigeration conditioning system. To build simulation model of condenser is not only from necessarily of its optimized design, but also is an important work for developing the simulation system of refrigeration conditioning system. Based on the physical mechanism of the process, a distributed parameter dynamic model of refrigeration conditioning condenser is built, which is combined with the characteristic of condenser to determine the simulation algorithm. Utilizing the simulation model, the transient distributing status of condenser thermal parameter can be predicted in different operating conditions, the static and dynamic characteristics of condenser can have a complete simulation analysis , and the transient position of refrigerant phase transition point can be expediently ascertained. A simulation example in this paper illuminates the usability of simulation model.
