摘要
推导了电液伺服液压缸低速运动的数学模型,分析了电液伺服液压缸低速运行时,其固有频率、速度刚度的变化情况以及影响其低速性能的主要因素和相应对策。
The mathematical model of low speed motion of electrohydraulic servo cylinder was derived, the nature frequency and speed stiffness of electrohydraulic servo cylinder at low speed run, and the main factors which affecting low speed performance were analyzed, which provides some measures to increase the low speed performance.
