摘要
对生产现场进行实时监控或优化工艺参数时,通常需要采集大量的现场数据,因此需要有大容量的数据存储设备和快速稳定的存储过程来实现实时存取。本文简要介绍CF卡的存储原理与操作方式,包括CF卡的内部组织结构、外部接口、读写操作等,着重阐述CF卡在自行开发的磨床磨削参数检测系统中的应用。用便携设备实现了对大容量数据的实时采集和存储。
It is usually need to collect a great deal of data when real - time monitoring on the spot of manufacture or optimizing the parameter of craft. Consequently, the MSF and the stably fast process of data storage is quite indispensable to real - time storage. Storage principle and operation mode of CF card in brief, including inside structure, outside interface, read and write operation were presented. The application of CF card in grinding parameter measuring system was discussed. Real - time collecting and storage of huge data was realized with portable equipments.
