摘要 提出了一种流动注射在线固相萃取预富集火焰原子吸收法测定水样中痕量铅的方法.用二甲酚橙鳌合水样中的痕量铅,于强碱性阴离子树脂上交换富集,以硝酸洗脱.并由流动注射与原子吸收光谱联用测定其中铅含量.优化了各项化学条件和流路参数等,考察了共存离子的干扰.方法对铅的检出限为11.1ng/mL,相对标准偏差为1.80%,对水样加标回收,回收率为96.2%~103.8%. A new method of flow injection on-line solid phase extraction pre-concentration system for Pb determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was adopted. Trace amounts of lead in the water sample was chelated by xylenol orange and exchanged in the strong alkalescent negative ion exchange resin column, and then eluted by nitric acid. The lead content was determined by flow injection-flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The working parameters and chemical conditions were discussed and optimized. Interferential experiments with familiar ions in natural water were done. The detection limit was 11.1 ng/mL and the relative standard deviation of this method was 1.80%. The recovery was 96.2 % - 103.8 %.
