摘要
选择合适的有机硅、有机氟改性苯丙乳液,可提高苯丙乳液涂料的耐候性、耐污性.对八甲基环四硅氧烷、乙烯基环四硅氧烷、三氟乙酸丙烯酯、含氢聚硅氧烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷等改性苯丙乳液及涂料性能进行了比较.研究表明以上有机硅、有机氟均可用于苯丙乳液改性,但以八甲基环四硅氧烷-乙烯基环四硅氧烷-三氟乙酸丙烯酯的混合物作改性单体所得乳液涂料性能最优.
The behaviour of weatherability, contamination of styrene-acrylate emulsion can be advance by selection of the appropriate component modifing styrene-acrylate emulsion. The properties of emulsion modified and the paint by Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, tetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane, allytrifluoroacetate, hydrogencontainingpoly-methylsiloxane, vinyltrioxethylsiloxane were investigated. The results showed that above components can be used in modification of styreneacrylate emulsion. But the properties of the emulsion being modify by the mixture of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, tetravinylcyclotetrasiloxane, allytrifluoroacetate are best.
