摘要
在铝土矿溶出过程中添加黄铁矿,铝酸钠溶液中的锌和硫离子反应,变成硫化锌随赤泥一起除去。黄铁矿的添加量大于4g/L时,铝酸钠溶液中的锌含量小于0.010g/L,此时溶液中铁含量一直小于0.01g/L。说明在铝土矿溶出过程中添加黄铁矿除锌是一种可以取代硫化钠除锌的办法。
When pyrite is added to the slurry during the digestion process of bauxite, zinc ion in aqueous solution will be precipitated by the sulfur ions as zinc sulfide and removed from aluminate solution together with red mud. When the dosage of pyrite amounts to 4g/L, the zinc content in aluminate solution is reduced down to 0. 010g/L. The iron conten of the aluminate solution fluctuates under the 0. 010g/L. In order to get the removal of zinc, pyrite may take the place of sodium sulfide.
