摘要
本文介绍了我国首家废槽衬无害化处理工业示范厂的运转情况,重点探讨了反应温度、生料停留时间对废槽衬无害化处理工艺的影响。反应温度足够高,生料停留时间足够长,废槽衬无害化反应越彻底,熟料中F-含量越低,固体渣质量越好。工业示范线运转结果表明,采用合理的工艺制度、配入有效的反应药剂,可实现废槽衬的无害化处理,得到无害的、分散性好的固体渣。
Running results of the first Chinese SPL detoxifying pilot plant are presented, and influences of process temperature and feed stock holding time on the process are especially discussed in this paper. When process temperature is high enough, and feed stock holding time is longer, the velocity of SPL detoxifying is faster, and kiln discharge with lower soluble F- and better solid residue can be received. It can be seen from running results that detoxifying process of SPL can be successfully carried out by using suitable process system and adding effective - available additives, and the benign sandy solid residue can be received.
