以焦作万方电解多功能机组为对象,介绍一种弹簧平衡装置,通过对电解多功能机组的工具受力状态分析,找到平衡装置弹簧力的控制范围;提出平衡装置的调整方法与步骤。

The paper based on pot - tending machine （PTM） of Jiaozuowanfang Smelter, introduces a kind of spring- balance device. Through analysis on tool status of the pot tending machine, it is possible to obtain the control range for the spring - balance force and further proposes an adjustment method/step for the balance device.
