食管鳞癌癌细胞凋亡抑制因子及其体视学参数测定的意义

Expression of survivin protein and analysis of stereology parameter measurements in esophageal squamous carcinoma

目的:探讨凋亡抑制因子surv iv in在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及其肿瘤细胞进行体视学分析。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测52例不同分化食管鳞癌surv iv in蛋白的表达,运用图像分析系统在显微镜下测量surv iv in阳性肿瘤细胞的体视学参数,依据有关体视学公式计算出参数V vn、Svn、λ、N v、K v、k、s,比较这些参数在不同分化肿瘤的差异。结果:(1)surv iv in蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中阳性表达率为57.69%,其表达越强,组织分化程度越低(P<0.05)。(2)参数V vn、Svn、v、s的大小是依高分化、中分化、低分化的顺序增加kv、nv、λ是依高分化,中分化,低分化的顺序减小,其中V vn,Svn参数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食管鳞癌组织surv iv in蛋白的表达与分化程度有密切关系,食管鳞癌组织surv iv in表达肿瘤细胞V vn、Svn参数是肿瘤细胞分化重要指标,为临床形态学诊断提供了依据。

Objective To investigate the expression of survivin in esophageal squamous carcinoma and to analyze the stereology data of the malignant cells of esophageal squamous carcinoma. Methods The expression of survivin was detected immunohistochemistry in 52 esophageal squamous carcinoma cases. Positive esophageal squamous carcinomas were measured with image analysis system under microscope. The data for the stereological analysis included Vvn, Svn, λ, Nv, Kv, k and s. Differences of the parameters were compared among the different tumor grades. Results （1） Positive rate of survivin protein was 57.69%o. Upregulated expression of survivin was strongly associated with poor differentiation （P 〈 0. 05）. （2） The stereological parameters of Vvn, Svn, v and s were increased, but those of kv, nv and λ were decreased in well-differentiated, moderately-differentiated and poorly-differentiated tumor cell, in which parameters Vvn and Svn had significant differences. Conclusion The expression of survivin protein is closely correlated with the differentiation in esophageal squamous carcinoma. The Vvn and Svn of survivin protein expression in esophageal squamous carcinoma tumor cells are the important indexes of cellular abnormity, which provides a support for clinical morphological diagnosis.
