青光眼术后浅前房的分析与处理

Analysis and treatment of shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy

目的:探讨小梁切除术后低眼压性浅前房发生的原因、预防及治疗。方法:回顾分析青光眼手术患者31例34眼发生浅前房的原因、发生时间、类型及处理方法,分析各类型青光眼和手术方式对术后浅前房的影响。结果:闭角型青光眼术后发生率较高占23眼,青光眼滤过手术后易引起浅前房。27眼用保守治疗,7眼用手术治疗均恢复前房,患者预后良好。结论:青光眼滤过手术后浅前房发生率最高,其最常见的原因是房水滤过过强。

Objective To study the cause, prevention and treatment of hypotonus shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy. Methods The clinical data of 34 eyes （31 cases） treated with trabeculectomy were reviewed retrospectively. Results Among 34 eyes presented shallow anterior chamber, 23 eyes were angle-closure glaucoma （67. 6%）. Trabeculectomy easily caused shallow anterior chamber,Twenty-seven eyes had been cured with non-surgical therapy and only 7 eyes were necessary to be operated. Conclusion Hypotonus shallow anterior chamber is the main complication following trabeculectomy and excessive outflow of aqueous homor is the common cause. Most cases can be treated with non-surgical therapy. Surgical intervention should be taken if necessary.
