铁道车辆用快干清漆的研制及应用

Development and Application of Quick Dried Varnish Used on Railway Cars

介绍了快干清漆的研制过程、生产工艺、室内各种性能试验、涂车试验及与其他同种用途的漆种的对比情况。试验表明，轮对和铸钢件采用快干清漆，不仅能改善表面涂装质量，提高防腐能力，而且缩短了干燥时间，节省了工作台位。

In this paper,the development process,production technology,various performance tests performed in laboratory,test by application on cars,and comparison with other kinds of paint of same application of quick dried varnish are introduced.The test shows that when wheelsets and cast steel parts are applied with quick dried varnish not only the surface coating quality can be improved and the anti corrosive ability can be enhanced,but also the drying time can be shortened,the working space can be saved and labour productivity can be enhanced.
