青岛车辆段在客车检修中，连续发现装用不久的客车轴承出现大量早期条形疲劳剥离。通过调查、分析和论证，找出了早期剥离的原因。

Qingdao Car Depot discovered continually during repair of passenger cars that large quantity of premature bar form fatigue peeling appears on passenger car bearings,which were mounted to be used before long.Via investigation,analysis and demonstration,the causes of premature peeling are found out,the harmfulness is analysed and emergency measures are put forth.
