对目前我国高校办学定位若干问题的思考

Thought about the Issue of Colleges and Universities Education Orientation in Our Country

由于缺少正确的定位意识、定位理念等原因,目前我国高校定位中出现了“追高”、“求全”、“贪大”等不理性的现象,这对我国高等教育的发展和整个社会的发展是极为不利的。高校定位必须坚持人文精神的引领,倡导高雅文化,培养有社会责任感和社会良知的人;必须坚持分工负责、功能互补的原则,以满足社会对各级各类人才的需求;必须坚持走通识教育与专才教育相结合的道路,培养全面发展的人。

At present, due to being lack of correct orientation consciousness and ideas, the unrational phenomena such as ＂high-persuM＂, ＂all-seeked＂, ＂greedy-enlarged＂ will be disadvantage to the development of our high education and the improvement of the whole society. Therefore, high education orientation should be guided by humanism spirit, and propose highgrade culture, so as to cultivate the people who have responsibility and intuitive knowledge. It must adpot the principle of division of labour with individual responsibility and mutually function complement, in order to meet ＇all kinds od demands for qualified personel; and combine the universal education with special education to cultivate all-developed person.
