综合性大学的教育学院在当今教师教育过程中起着极其重要的作用。综合性大学教育学院教师教育改革与发展的主要策略应当是:以加强学术性、突出师范性、拓展综合性、注重适应性为着力点,全面推进教师教育创新;以教育学科为主要生长点,精心打造高水平教师教育学院;以课程体系、教学内容和教学方法的改革为切入点,加强传统专业的更新改造。

Nowadays, educational college in university plays an extremely important part in the teacher＇s education. The main strategies of improving and developing the teacher＇s education are as follows： Firstly, we must strengthen its technicality, give prominence to its pedagogic, develop its integration, and pay attention to its adaptability. Secondly, we should take the educational subject as the main developing aspect in order to form excellent educational college. Thirdly, with the reformed curriculum system, teaching content and teaching method we can innovate the old- fashioned majors.
