摘要
目的:探索更科学的糖尿病饮食护理健康教育模式。方法:将160例新入院的糖尿病患者分成两组,对照组80例采用传统的健康教育模式,实验组80例采用强化教育的模式,比较2周后饮食控制情况及空腹、餐后2h血糖,资料作统计学处理,评估患者对饮食的依从性,血糖控制达标情况。结果:实验组患者对饮食的依从性好,血糖控制好,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:采用个体化强化饮食指导,比传统健康教育模式对饮食的依从性及血糖达标控制要好。
Objective:To explore more scientific health education model on diabetic dietary nursing. Methods: 160 diabetic patients on admission were divided into two groups, control group was treated by the traditional health education pattern, experimental group was treated by the intensified education pattern. The condition on dietary control,fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2h blood glucose were compared two weeks later. The experimental data were analyzed by statistics ,estimate patients compliance on diet and the condition on blood glucose. Results :patients in experimental group had well compliance on diet and higher control rate on blood glucose,a marked discrepancy compared with control group (P ~ 0. 05). Conclusion: To adopt individual intensified diet instruction have good compliance on diet and higher control rate on blood glucose than that of the traditional health education model.
