摘要 和谐的学校文化的形成是学校步入优质、高效发展快车道的保证,而促进和谐的学校文化的形成,认同教育是基础和动力。一份认同教育调查的案例,提供给我们多方面的思考,即形成学校精神文化能提高学校新的满意度;倡导互尊互爱的民主文化,能构建和谐的师生关系;丰富校园文化活动,能营造浓郁的学习氛围;偶像崇拜忌堵宜疏,多元文化能引导人人成才;助人为乐的关爱文化,能和谐融洽人际关系。 A htmnonious school culture guarantees schools' stepping into the fast lane of the development of high quality and high efficiency. However, to promote a harmonious school culture, an identity education should be erected as base and impetus. A case to the point: of identity education investigated provides several new perspectives including: construction of school spiritual culture leads to more satisfaction to the school; promotion of a democratic culture of mutual respect guarantees harmonious relationship between teachers and students; enrichment of forms and content of school culture activities promotes studying atmosphere positively; mediation rather than suppress as an attitude to the problem of idol worship proves multi - culture leading to an able person; love culture to help others voluntarily harmonizes interpersonal relationships.
