二次锂离子电极材料LiV_3O_8纤维的合成

摘要 利用水溶胶-凝胶法,以醋酸锂和偏钒酸氨为原料,柠檬酸为螯合剂制得透明度高、均匀性好、纺丝性强的LiV3O8溶胶,老化后得到凝胶纤维;对所得凝胶纤维进行了TG、XRD、FTIR、SEM和TEM表征.结果表明:所得直径范围,较宽的凝胶纤维经600℃热处理后,可得到表面疏松、晶化较好4、0 nm左右颗粒组成的纤维. From an aqueous sol-gel process, LiV3 08 gel fibers are drawn with lithium acetate and ammonium metavanadate as raw material and citric acid as cheating agent. The green fibers and those sintered at different temperature are characterized by TGA, XRD, IR, SEM and TEM techniques. The obtained gel fibers are of the order 7 to 12μm in diameter. The diameter shrinks after the gel fibers were treated at 600 ℃ for 1h,moreover the surface becomes loosen. The particles consisted of the fibers are 40 nm and the size distribution is narrow. The corresponding electron beam diffraction (ED) pattern of the fibers shows that the fibers are crystallized,and the obtained fibers are polycrystal.
