Analysis on Tendency to the Development of Binzhou Economy with Grey System Theory

利用灰色关联趋势,分析了滨州市各产业及城市化水平对经济系统发展的影响,并透视协调性,找出“增长因子”和“障碍因子”.建议该市应继续坚持“调整是主线”;加快推进“十大产业链”的构建进程,坚持工业化带动城市化,转移农村剩余劳动力,大力发展第三产业,保持健康楼势、打造绿色楼盘;结合工业产业链的延长,以及新上工业项目,立足对农业产业的带动,大力发展现代农业技术.

This paper analyses the impact on the economic development made by all kinds of industries of Binzhou city. It also finds out the＂Positive factors＂and the ＂Negative factors＂ of the city. Therefore,we must stick to the adjustment policy, push on the process of the ＂Ten Industrial Links＂. We should spur on urbanization through industrialization, and transfer the surplus labor of the country, and develop the third industry greatly; consist the health condition,and build the green ;develop the modern agriculture technology greatly, and combine the chain of industrial development and the new industrial items, and should be based on the development of agriculture.
