高速列车的基础制动系统不能以动力车和非动力车为单位分别设计。在设计中,应正确理解盘形制动的作用及局限性,选择切实可行的方案和参数。在分析研究国外的试验数据和技术要求时。
The foundation brake system on high speed trains can not be designed with powered car and non powered car as separate units.In designing,the function and limitation of disc brakes should be correctly understood and realistic practicable scheme and parameters should be selected.In the analysis and study of foreign test data and technical requirements, predetermined conditions must be noticed.
