醒酒颗粒解酒作用机制的探讨

Study on the Anti-Alcohol Mechanism of Xingjiu Grain

目的探讨醒酒颗粒解酒作用的机制。方法观察醒酒颗粒对ig乙醇小鼠全血乙醇浓度、ADH、Cat活性及肝匀浆中GST活性、GSH含量的影响。结果醒酒颗粒能降低ig乙醇小鼠全血乙醇浓度;逆转小鼠血清中ADH活性的提高;阻止GSH耗竭;对GST活性降低有明显的拮抗作用。结论醒酒颗粒解酒作用机制:促进乙醇分解,加速乙醇代谢;恢复GST活性,确保GSH氧化还原过程顺利进行。

Aim To explore the anti-alcohol mechanism of Xingjiu Grain. Methods To observe effect of Xingjiu Grain on the activities of ADH, Cat in serum and those of GST,GSH in liver homogenate induced by ethanol in mice. Results Xingjiu Grain could reduce the plasma concentration of alcohol and prevent the rise of activities of ADH induced by ethanol in mice. The concentration of GSH stopped dropping and activities of GST returned to normal. Conchlsion The anti-alcohol mechanism of Xingjiu Grain is to prevent the absorption of in alcohol, accelerate alcoholic excretion, raise the activities of GST and ensure the smooth oxidation-reduction of GSH.
