应用瞬心法的动平衡测量虚拟振动系统 被引量:7

VIRTUAL VIBRATION SYSTEM FOR DYNAMIC BALANCING MEASUREMENT BY INSTANTANEOUS MOTION CENTER

摘要 根据瞬时运动中心的概念,提出一种全新的动平衡测量虚拟振动系统。深入分析该系统的结构特点和不平衡响应特点,阐明实际测量系统和虚拟测量系统之间的关系。说明该系统采用柔性铰链连接的一体化板簧机构具有固定的振动中心,高且稳定的平面分离度。同时将压电传感器安装在同一测量平面内,克服了温度、湿度和噪声等环境因素变化时,各个传感器性能变化对系统测量精度的影响,也降低了系统相位误差对于一次不平衡量降低率的影响。试验表明该振动系统可以实现高精度动平衡测量。 Based on the conception of instantaneous motion center, a new virtual vibration system for dynamic balancing measurement is proposed. The structural features and the unbalancing response characteristics of this vibration system are analyzed in depth. The relation between the real measuring system and the virtual one is expounded. Theoretical analysis indicates that the flexibly hinged integrative spring sets holds the fixed vibration center and the excellent effect of plane separate. The sensors are mounted in the same measuring plane so as that the influence of the phase error on the unbalance re- duction ratio is eliminated. Furthermore, the performance changes in sensors caused by environmental factor have less influence on the accuracy of the measurement. The result for this system is more accurate measurement with lower requirement for a second correction run. The experiment results validate the effectiveness of this vibratory system for high precision dynamic balancing measurement.
