摘要
采用自制的间歇反应器,以三价铁离子为氧化剂,对煤系黄铁矿的氧化动力学进行了系统的研究,在温度25~44℃,氧化剂Fe(Ⅲ)浓度4.0×10^-3~6.0×10^-3mol/L的范围内,黄铁矿的氧化速率RFe(Ⅱ),为1.97×10^-5~7.02×10^-5mol/(L·min).在实验范围内,随温度的升高或[Fe(Ⅲ)]i的升高,黄铁矿的氧化速率增大,通过对氧化速率与温度、[Fe(Ⅲ)]i之间对应关系的回归分析.得到黄铁矿被Fe(Ⅲ)氧化的速率公式为RFe(Ⅲ)=5.05×10^4e^-45.54/RT[Fe(Ⅲ)]i^0.6,氧化反应的活化能为45.54kJ/mol.该值表明黄铁矿的氧化是表面反应控制的,而不是扩散控制的.
The oxidation kinetic behavior in pyrites from coal mine was investigated systemic ally by using Fe^3+ as the oxidant in the homemade batch reactor. When the temperature was 25~44℃ and the concentration of the oxidant(Fe( Ⅲ)) was 4.0×10^-3~6.0×10^-3mol/L, the rate of oxidation reaction of pyrites R Fe(Ⅲ) was 5. 30×10^-5~7. 51×10^-5mol/(L·min). In the experimental scope,as with the tem- perature rose or the [Fe(Ⅲ)]i rose,the rate of oxidation reaction of pyrites increased. The relation between the rate and the temperature and [-Fe(Ⅲ)]i after regression analysis was obtained: the rate equation of oxidation reaction of pyrites was RFe(Ⅱ) = 5. 05×10^4 e^-45.54/HT [Fe(Ⅲ)-]i^0.6 , the oxidizing reaction activation energy was determined to be 45.54 kJ/mol. This value indicates the oxidation reaction of pyrites was controlled by the surface reaction,but not by proliferates.
