二维配合物(C_(16)H_(20)KNi_(0.50)O_(13))_n的合成和晶体结构

摘要 在水溶液中用硫酸镍与邻苯二甲酸氢钾反应得到了二维配合物(C16H20KNi0.50O13)n,通过X-射线单晶衍射进行表征其结构.该配合物的晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,晶胞参数a=10.422 9(9),b=6.859 7(6),c=29.516(2),β=98.094 0(10),°V=2 089.3(3)3,Z=4,Dc=1.541 g/cm3,Mr=484.74,F(000)=996,μ(MoKα)=0.757 mm-1,R=0.058 3,wR=0.156 3[I>2σ(I)].晶体分析表明镍与6个水分子的氧原子配位形成畸变的八面体构型,其中H2O(10)中的氧原子作为桥联原子,同时与Ni和K配位.Ni原子、K原子、水分子和Hpht通过氢键构成了沿ab面的层状结构. A 2D complex with empirical formula of (C16H20KNi0.50O13 )nwas assembled in aqueous solution of NiSO4 with KHPht(Hpht^-1 :hydrogen o-phthalate) and structurally characterized by X--ray single-crystal diffractionanalysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=10. 4229(9), b=6. 8597(6), c=29. 516(2)A,β=98. 0940(10)A^3, V=2089.3(3)A^3, Z=4,Dc= 1.541g/cm^3, Mr=484.74, F(000)=996, μ( MoKα)=0. 757 mm^-1, the final R=0. 0583 and wR=0. 1563 for 4588 observed reflections (I〉2α(I)). Crystal analyses reveal that the Nickel is coordinated by six oxygen of water with distorted octahedron environment. The oxygen of H2O(10) behaves as a bridging atom, coordinating with Ni and K simultaneously. Nickel atom, potassium atom , water molecule and Hpht group forms a layer structure along ab plane by hydrogen bond.
