美国黑人妇女的教育问题——从艾丽丝·沃克的长篇小说《殿堂》说起

摘要 美国当代黑人女作家艾丽丝.沃克在其长篇小说《殿堂》中塑造了一批接受过高等教育的黑人知识女性形象,虚拟出现实社会不可能存在的黑人女性的殿堂。美国黑人妇女从来没有真正享受过和白人,甚至和黑人男性平等的教育权。其原因主要有四:奴隶制规定了女性奴隶的工具属性,种族主义歧视,性别主义歧视,黑人女性麻木灵魂的自我放逐。
