摘要
目的探讨增龄因素对内隐记忆之一的程序性学习的影响。方法采用程序性学习测试软件Nissen第2版(SRTT),对正常健康受试者A组,年龄为(28.5±4.8)岁、B组,(52.1±10.5)岁。两组各30例进行测试比较。结果A组平均每次反应时间为(0.45±0.07)s,而B组在(0.54±0.10)s,统计学显示两组SRTT的反应时间因增龄因素而有显著改变(F=7.93,P<0.01),但操作错误率无显著差异。结论成年在较复杂的程序性学习SRTT中,反应时间随年龄增大而延长,即反应速度下降。
Objective To investigate the effect of aging to programmed study. Methods According to age the participants were divided two groups: A group(28. 5±4.8 years old, n=30) and B group(52.1±10. 5 years Old, n= 30). The software Nissen(2th editon) was used to test the programmed study. Results The average reaction time between two groups was significantly different (F = 7.93,P〈0.01) with 0. 45±0. 07s in A group and 0.54±0.10s in B group. Conclusions The rate of error was not remarkably different. The reaction time would become longer and the reaction rate lower with aging in programmed study.
